To be honest i was kind of surprised that they didnt include it with IV. I could definitely see him being tied in to Luis' story if indeed car modification was in there. From the moment i first completed that mission i was expecting Jermaine to be incorporated more.
do you think it is possible that he might be the one to introduce Luis to the world of car modification? He works for the Native Auto Engines Pay 'N' Spray in Outlook. I was just thinking about Jermaine Andrews, who shows up in the mission "Easy Fare" for Roman Bellic in the beginning on Niko's story. Plus, imagine if R* said car modding would be in this episode? People would buy it and WHAT IF those players don't like how they changed car-modding from SA? These forums will be filled with 12 year olds ranting, comparing to SA like they did when Gta IV came out. But, in my honest opinion, I don't think they'll add it. If they do add it, i'd wish that they perfect it. But as seen in SA, a modded out Futo with hyrdolics with a pink paint, spoiler on top and rallye fog lights.no. A modded out Cavalcade with rims, alright. But I don't see this such "a fit" for Liberty City. So maybe from Johnny to Luis, modes will be added. Niko to Johnny, weapons were added, cars were added and activities were added. There's gonna have 4 episodes in total, from my sources. Now Luis, a bodyguard for "someone", who we all know.
